Our interns bridge theoretical classroom concepts and hands-on training to overcome real-world challenges. Throughout your internship, you will develop skills to advance professionally and academically. The Power Systems Engineer Intern – will perform projects/tasks such as network-wide steady-state and short-circuit studies as well as contribute to process improvement efforts, including development of Python scripts. This position will report to an experienced distribution engineer and be exposed to exciting projects building valuable industry knowledge. Through this opportunity, the intern will gain hands-on experience and perform research in-line with study requirements. Requirements Completion of, or current enrollment in, a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree program with a major in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.
