University degree in Computer Science or Engineering is strongly preferred. Experienced in implementing projects in a complex business environments. Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in telecom, software development, and information technology. Ability to interpret corporate strategies and translate them into practical project plans. Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools. E.g. Atlassian Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet. Ability to formulate stakeholder assessment, engagement and obtain buy-in strategies and execution. Knowledge and experience preparing and presenting presentations to senior audiences Strong business acumen with excellent client-facing and communication skills, both written and oral. Strong impact and influence skills without authority. Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with all levels of cross-functional teams. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams. Flexibility to work across multiple time zones. Experience: 5+ years of hands-on project management or related experience, preferably within IT in the Technology sector. 3+ years as Business Systems Analyst or other technical role. Demonstrated experience managing projects with multi stakeholder groups. PMP and Scrum certifications required. What You’ll Get To Do: Work with various partners from Product, Sales, Marketing, etc. to discover impactful insights and enable informed decision making. Gather data and put your SQL skills to good use every day! Analyze and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets, visualize key data in Looker. Develop insights-driven recommendations that help the business leaders chart the path forward. Who You Will Do It With: A data analytics team passionate about using data to inform decisions and tease out actionable insights Data engineers, data analysts, product managers, marketing specialists, etc. who will work alongside you to build awesome BI; we love to learn from one another, and we work collaboratively on all of our projects. Who You Are: Consistent track record as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Business Analyst, or similar Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and quality Outstanding SQL ability, with applied exposure to data modeling; fluency with a scripting language like Python or R is not required, but definitely a strong bonus! Experience working with an analytics stack, including tools such as Looker, Redshift, and Segment. Act as talent advisor and SME with hiring partners, business leaders and key cross-functional teams. Ensure that each candidate has a unique, positive and memorable experience from start to finish. Partner with team members and hiring managers to optimize and strengthen interview stages and milestones – from the kick off meeting, to a detailed interview plan, through the offer stage and hiring of our future team members. Identify and engage top talent, playing a key role in evaluating skill and team fit, and serving as the main point of contact for your candidates throughout the entire recruiting process. Who You’ll Do It With: You’ll join a growing recruitment team of six team members. You’ll work closely with two recruiting peers and a recruiting manager to focus on hiring for our fastest growing departments within product development. Your senior level experience in technical recruitment will help grow and develop those around you for a stronger, better, recruiting team. You will directly impact our product development hiring goals with your full lifecycle recruitment skills while working closely with business leaders to strategically bring in new hires while also providing a top tier candidate experience for your pipeline.
