Department Overview Research Park Product Management Summer 2023 Internship (UIUC Research Park) Job Description Work as part of a cross-functional team, consisting of the product management, user experience, and software engineering interns in developing customer-focused software solutions. Lead customer discovery sessions with service providers and their clients to determine the proper product/market fit for our solution. Work closely with the UI/UX lead on iterating fast prototypes and gaining customer feedback Work closely with the software engineering team to ensure they are tackling the biggest challenges first and properly focused on their sprints. Are you ready to join Rivian’s Electrical Hardware team? Rivian vehicles contain a Vehicle Access System (VAS) that allows the user to unlock/enter the vehicle, exit/lock the vehicle, permits the user to operate the vehicle. The present system uses a combination of technologies to communicate to either the user’s mobile phone or a Rivian provided keyfob.  Responsibilities Take direction from Verification lead to understand the overall Device Under Test (DUT) functional specs, Verification Environment including Drivers, Checkers, Monitors.  Develop Test Plans and Write Tests, File Bugs and Debug root cause.  Automation scripts & Metrics Generation including dashboards and KPIs.  Qualifications Enrolled in a post-graduate program in Computer Engineering.
