MAGNet interns apply their statistical modeling and analytic skills to a wide variety of business problems faced by the State Farm organization. Graduate students in highly quantitative disciplines are considered, with an emphasis on understanding of statistical techniques. JOB OVERVIEW The Process Mining – Intern will be responsible for providing the business analyzed data to showcase the status of the Order Management process. Additionally, this position will partner with other supply chain professionals to understand what key factors are making our order management process succeed. A deep love of problem solving, data, business intelligence, and analytics is required to excel in this role. PRIMARY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Journeys Define the different workflows that orders go through in our SAP system for our major customers. Identify what are the key factors per customer that influence the order fulfillment process. Create those workflows in the Process Mining Tool (EveryAngle / UiPath) Workflow & Process Design Collaborate on the improvement of the overall supply chain order fulfilment process. Based on the data and information gathered through the process mining tool, collaborate with the Supply Chain System Design team in order tailor our supply chain processes to fit Kohler customers’ needs. Utilizing data analytics and process owner insights, the Intern will collaborate to help make our processes have a seamless and touchless transition of information and product through the order fulfilment process. Champion continuous improvement initiatives. The Intern will provide data insights to understand the unique challenges preventing each top customer from achieving order fulfilment goals. This role will face novel and exciting challenges in thermal design and the testing of wearable systems in various dynamic stresses.
