Genective, a JV between two leading global seed companies, Limagrain and KWS, is seeking an experienced, hands-on, lab and greenhouse-oriented Assay Biologist (Entomology) to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will join an interdisciplinary program focused on the discovery, biological characterization, development, and commercialization of novel insect control traits in corn. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving a plant expression assay pipeline for screening biotech constructs to evaluate plant phytotoxicity, protein expression, and insect efficacy. In addition, the candidate will be part of a larger team that is responsible for trait characterization in greenhouse and field trials.
