In 2021, AGCO Parts expanded our operational footprint in Batavia, IL, by doubling the size of our indoor storage space for our Parts Distribution Center (PDC).  AGCO has two buildings in Batavia side by side; Batavia East and Batavia West.  West is the new building. AGCO Aftersales is looking for a project coordinator to work with the project manager to complete the project requirements.  This will include managing a budget of $850k for building improvements.  A majority of the budget is allocated towards future work that has not started.  Each project will need to be managed from vendor selection through the implementation/construction phase. What You Will Do: Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organized. Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Select project team members from existing departments and adjust project schedules to adhere to deadlines.
