Overview The Relay Maintenance Engineering provides Support and Technical resource assistance to the Substation Relay Superintendent and their reports, regarding the operation of the Substation and Relay equipment and system. People call us “The Paranoids.” Cloud Transformation Program Manager In this position, you will play a meaningful role in managing a multi-year modernization project moving many aspects of the business to the Cloud. Working across many Paranoids teams (e.g. Infrastructure, Network, Architecture, Governance Risk and Compliance [GRC]), you will lead both the strategic and execution efforts that support the modernization project. In this role, you will coordinate projects where you need to partner with other teams across the company. Your work requires familiarity with many security areas including governance, architecture, vulnerability management, cloud security, product security, network security, intrusion detection, dev operations, data centers, IAM, enterprise security, incident response, and other critical areas of information security. You’ll partner with IT, Network, Engineering, and Legal to help us protect over a billion users. What’s Expected Yahoo’s Paranoids team is currently seeking a Cloud Transformation Program Manager to join the Office of the CISO team Expertise in project/program management principles as well as demonstrated understanding of the PMBOK (PMI) framework Experience leading transformation efforts to completion including managing communication across a variety of stakeholders: VPs, architects, engineers, procurement Ability to develop executive presentation and reporting artifacts as well as effectively communicating program statuses,risks, dependencies across the stakeholders Ability to quickly understand and use various tools to manage data and workflows (e.g., Oracle, Quickbase, JIRA/Confluence, Google applications) Experience with budgeting and costing.
