We are looking for a full time hire to fill the role of Data Engineer. The Data Engineer would work in collaboration with the Machine Learning Engineer and the rest of the Software team. On a day to day basis, this person would acquire and manage large, complex datasets that meet development requirements for the Machine Learning Models. This person would transform raw, unusable data to formats that can be used for ML training or statistical analysis. In addition, this person would design, automate, build, and launch scalable, efficient and reliable data pipelines into production using Python. Finally, this person would research new tools and technologies to improve existing processes. About Us Ascent is building the single dashboard for high-intensity, small unit tactics. We are looking for a full time Recruiting Sourcer to help develop and grow our team. In this role you will be working closely with the Operations Manager as well as the rest of the team. Your main role would be to focus on sourcing qualified candidates to join the team. On a day to day basis you will leverage sourcing tools and out of the box creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive and active candidates. You will be in charge of attending career fairs for Ascent, as well as any other recruitment events. You will facilitate candidate debriefs with the team and work with team members to identify hiring needs.
