Job Summary We are seeking a highly collaborative digital marketing enthusiast who is eager to immerse themselves in a digitally mature marketing and product organization. Individuals will learn important foundational skills through hands on involvement. Professional experience will be gained by working cross functionally to deliver best in class digital marketing campaigns informed by data driven insights and analytics. Our ideal candidate has a fundamental understanding of digital marketing best practices, a passion for UX, strong communication skills and a natural curiosity. Timing This position is for a summer internship at Brunswick’s i-Jet Lab in Research Park at UIUC: Full-time internship during Summer 2023, with a minimum of 20 in-person hours and a maximum of 40 per week. A Digital Marketing Intern assists with all stages of digital marketing campaigns. Individuals will work on a wide variety of projects including web development, search engine optimization, email marketing and social media campaigns. Digital Marketing Interns augment the teams’ daily activities and brand requests, including, but not limited to the following: Site audits Global component library creation Email campaigns Search engine optimization Web development projects Website content editing and development Reporting and analysis based on campaign data and site performance Dealer/sales materials and communication Social media campaigns Client meetings SEO reporting and keyword tracking Skills and Qualifications: Current enrollment or recent graduate in a bachelor’s degree program Experience using the Adobe suite of products and/or other CMS or content creation tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software Ability to quickly learn and process information Organization and time management skills Professional drive along with a strong desire to learn Familiarity with CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google Adwords Passion for the digital marketing industry and its best practices
