Materials Engineer – Editekk

About us: Energy Driven Technologies (Editekk) was founded in 2016 with the mission of introducing nextgeneration nanoscale manufacturing technologies to critical industries, such as medical devices and power generation. Editekk utilizes a unique approach to nanotechnology, capable of transforming the existing surface of nearly any material into new nanoscale textures and morphologies that change the way a material interacts with its environment. This approach, known as Directed Irradiation Synthesis (DIS), is significantly faster and cheaper than competing methods, is energy efficient, and neither uses nor produces toxic chemicals. Having demonstrated compatibility with numerous materials, we believe DIS has the potential to transform the design process of numerous devices, adding significant value and functionality. In the push to bring nanomanufacturing mainstream, we aim to improve healthcare outcomes with bioactive implants and help tackle climate change with resilient material solutions for fusion energy.
