About the Role ADM is looking for interns to develop and manage data visualizations for ADM’s Science and Technology Process Development and Carbohydrates Groups for Project and Portfolio Management. This information will allow researchers, senior management, and business leaders to understand key aspects of the portfolio from project status and resource usage, to priorities and key constraints. The analysis and presentation will drive actionable insights for project teams and group managers to deliver on enterprise strategy and optimize productivity. Candidates should have a basic understanding of business analytics and be proficient with data visualization tools like Power BI. Knowledge of databases is a plus! The position involves extensive communication, both written and verbal, with scientists and developers across several of ADM’s groups and locations. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for successful collaboration and project execution. Responsibilities From existing sources of project information, synthesize and analyze data to provide actionable insights Review data quality and consistency and interact with project teams to ensure data integrity Review the data with project teams and business leaders, in order to define and refine business intelligence tools Build business intelligence tools to facilitate descriptive and decision analytics of project and portfolio information Create documentation to allow for the continued use and improvement of developed tools Requirements Educational Background: Pursuing a graduate degree in Information Management. Must have overall 3.0 GPA. Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work. Geographical Flexibility: Willing to work at least part-time from our office in Research Park. Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required. Availability: Must be available for a 4 month internship, beginning in August 2025.
