About the Role ADM is looking for interns to develop and manage data visualizations for ADM’s Science and Technology Process Development and Carbohydrates Groups for Project and Portfolio Management. This information will allow researchers, senior management, and business leaders to understand key aspects of the portfolio from project status and resource usage, to priorities and key constraints. The analysis and presentation will drive actionable insights for project teams and group managers to deliver on enterprise strategy and optimize productivity. Candidates should have a basic understanding of business analytics and be proficient with data visualization tools like Power BI. Knowledge of databases is a plus! The position involves extensive communication, both written and verbal, with scientists and developers across several of ADM’s groups and locations. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for successful collaboration and project execution. Responsibilities From existing sources of project information, synthesize and analyze data to provide actionable insights Review data quality and consistency and interact with project teams to ensure data integrity Review the data with project teams and business leaders, in order to define and refine business intelligence tools Build business intelligence tools to facilitate descriptive and decision analytics of project and portfolio information Create documentation to allow for the continued use and improvement of developed tools Requirements Educational Background: Pursuing a graduate degree in Information Management. Biotech Research Intern 

About the Role Helixon US Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Master’s or PhD student looking towards a career in biotech research to join its group as a part-time intern. Ideally, the internship will begin in late summer/early fall of 2025. This internship has the potential to transition into a full-time position, contingent on factors such as funding, work availability, performance, and project expansion. Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Mammalian cell culture Bacterial cultures DNA & RNA isolation PCR & RT-qPCR Recombinant protein expression and purification Making stock solutions, media, growth plates, and other commonly used consumable lab materials General lab upkeep: Cleaning lab glassware/equipment, autoclaving waste, taking stock of materials and reporting to the lab manager when items should be ordered, etc. While previous experience with one or more of the above skills is desirable, the selected candidate will also go through a training period to ensure all techniques are performed in accordance with established company standards and safety guidelines. The SI will implement and operate an electrochemical process. This position requires working effectively in a small team environment and performing standard operating procedures to strict quality standards. The SI is responsible for the safe handling chemical etching solutions, performing product quality-control assessments, and tracking inventory.
