(EPE) works with clients on a global scale designing solutions for renewable energy (solar/wind/battery storage), Generation Interconnection, Transmission Planning, Distribution Planning, Distributed Energy Resources (DER), and Smart Grids. Throughout your internship, you will develop skills to advance professionally and academically. How you can make an impact: We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Learning and Development (L&D) Intern to join our team. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs, while providing insight into the dynamics of corporate learning environments. Key Responsibilities  Assist in creating and delivering engaging training programs, including e-learning, virtual and in-person sessions. Design online learning content using instructional design principles and support LMS administration (uploading content, tracking participation, and reporting). Coordinate and facilitate professional development programs (annual leadership conference and virtual learning sessions) and technical programs (online learning). Manage the intake and evaluation of training requests and support learning program logistics. Analyze participant feedback and program metrics to recommend improvements for future initiatives.   Performance Criteria:  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams Focus on producing high-quality work Effective communication and presentation skills Work with templates and produce materials Thoughtful and creative problem-solver Qualifications Bring your passion, here’s what’s needed Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Education, Business or a related field.  Strong interest in corporate/technical learning and development. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and other similar technologies Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with technical audiences. Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn. Location: This position will be in person in Champaign, IL. Start date for this position is May 27th, 2025 and will conclude on August 15th, 2025. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solutions Architect Intern who will contribute to impactful client projects, such as software implementation, rationalization, and system integration efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in evaluating, integrating, and optimizing enterprise IT systems. You will develop your understanding of system interoperability, hone your analytical and technical skills, and make a tangible impact on projects that enable our clients to achieve their goals.   How you can make an impact… Support the assessment, design, and documentation of enterprise software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Evaluate existing systems for redundancies, recommend optimization strategies, and contribute to software rationalization efforts. Design and execute system integration plans to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between applications. Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying integrated software systems to meet functional and performance criteria. Research emerging technologies and industry best practices to provide innovative recommendations and solutions to client challenges. Create technical artifacts such as integration workflows, data mapping documents, and architecture diagrams while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Bring your passion, here what’s needed: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with enterprise software systems and interest in architecture, integration, and evaluation. Basic understanding of system integration concepts, including APIs, middleware, and data mapping. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software. Strong communication and organizational skills with a desire to learn and contribute in a team environment. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Previous internship or coursework in software development, IT, integration, or consulting is a plus. Location: This position will be in person in Champaign IL.
