AgTech Summit 2026 The 11th Annual AgTech Innovation Summit convened March 10, 2026, drawing a record +500 attendees from organizations across 27 states and 14 countries. Presented by the University of Illinois Research Park and Bayer, the event brought together researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders for a full day of , panel discussions, fireside chats and networking focused on the future of agricultural technology. The day also included the presentation of the 10th Edwin Moore Family Agriculture Award, presented to ForgeBee, and the Glen “GB” Brandt Prize for Ag Entrepreneurism, presented to Marcoot Jersey Creamery. On Wednesday, March 9, the University of Illinois Research Park hosted the 2022 AgTech Summit in partnership with the University and other University departments at the Colonnades Club. The summit highlighted new innovations and challenges facing the AgTech industry. Attendees came to the summit to learn about the future of agriculture and how technology plays a role in agriculture. AgTech startups such as EarthSense and  FrostDefense also participated in this event.
