Yottaclick has been renamed as Caterva to reflect its new technology in social media: in case you are curious, Caterva is Latin for crowd or flock. The web-based software will enable marketers to identify potential new customers and message to them over social network services like Twitter based on the classification and interpretation of intent, opinions, and other information they publish. The technology was developed by three PhD students in Computer Science at the University of Illinois. The Company was initially established and formed via the iVENTURES10 program. Last week, the company successfully completed a significant round of funding to help the company grow and launch its new site.
