July 5, 2010 (West Chicago, Illinois) – RiverGlass Inc. today announced an agreement with The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA), granting exclusive license rights to resell RiverGlass software to the U. S. Federal and State and international government agencies, treaty organizations and port authorities. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The agreement was sponsored within Boeing’s Intelligence and Security Systems (I&SS) Mission Systems. Mission Systems’ expertise in space imagery visualization and geospatial information management, together with RiverGlass’ technology software for intelligently gathering context-relevant data and textual content from expansive and diverse sources, allows for a new breed of software for government clients.

“RiverGlass’ advanced collection and analysis software, paired with our technology, make for an advanced solution for national security intelligence and threat mitigation,” commented Dewey Houck, director, Boeing I&SS Mission Systems. “This agreement will enable Boeing to provide higher levels of innovation to our customers and ensure their missions are successful.”

“RiverGlass will benefit greatly by fully leveraging Boeing’s extensive reach, expertise and experience within these public sector markets. This partnership will also allow RiverGlass to more capably focus and execute on the burgeoning opportunities we are finding in the commercial space, most notably around E-Discovery,” said Kirk Dauksavage, RiverGlass CEO.
