New Research Park/CU Tech Community Compensation Survey Results

Engineering Career Services (with assistance from Business and Chemical Sciences Career Services) conducted a compensation study of wages, benefits, and recruiting practices for Research Park companies and other local tech sector companies in Champaign-Urbana. The survey characterized wage information for full time positions and student interns, data includes wages, benefits, and use of outside service providers. The survey also included information about sourcing of talent through recruiting channels. A version of the salary was compiled based on small company data only to help entrepreneurs as well.
