Illinois Paul Couston Featured in “Wired In”

CHAMPAIGN– The News-Gazette’s Paul Wood highlights local high tech innovators in his column, “Wired In.” This week he got a chance to talk to Paul Couston, who is working on a solar energy project with his roomate, Nathan Franczyk.

Their idea began in the classroom where they were assigned to “pitch in with a project idea” ranging from “idea to enterprise.” Couston and Franczyk started developing a visualization of a gas unit using a hybrid approach to solar power. In the future, Couston plans to start his own company to gain operations and manufacturing experience.
