Genective Announces Key Executives

Genective, an agtech company that formally opened its global headquarters in the Research Park this year, continues to expand its team. 

On May 1, Genective announced Rick Emnett as vice president of finance and Chief Financial Officer. Renee Nowak was named vice president of quality management and compliance. 

Qiaoni Linda Jing, President and CEO of Genective, stated, “I am excited to have Rick and Renee as part of the Genective team. Their expertise and leadership will help to enable the fast-pace growth we are experiencing in the U.S. and our version of becoming a globally impactful contributor to agriculture through biotechnology.”

The announcement of these key executives demonstrates Genective’s commitment to expand its resources and workforce at the Research Park. Within the last month, Genective has added two full-time Protein Analysts and a full-time Entomology Assay Biologist. 

When announcing the launch of the headquarters at Research Park, Qiaoni Linda Jing said, “We have been expanding investment and team in the U.S. with the vision of growing Genective into a globally impactful contributor to agriculture through biotechnology. Genective is a joint venture established between Limagrain and KWS. Their focus aims to create, deregulate, and commercialize biotech corn traits. The company currently holds entities and activities in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia and is dedicated to the research, development, and commercialization of transgenic traits.
