The National Science Foundation I-Corps site program at the University of Illinois is off to a terrific start, as reported in the Daily Illini on Nov. 6. In August, the Daily Illini reported on the launch of the program. The student newspaper revisited I-Corps as it enters its second cohort, to discover that it is at max capacity.
Six teams participated in the program’s first cohort, and the second cohort has eight teams; the third cohort starts in January.
The I-Corps site program is coordinated by EnterpriseWorks Entrepreneur-in-Residence Jed Taylor and taught by former EIR Harlee Sorkin. For more information, click here.
