Assemble your teams! We are excited to announce the 2023 Research Park Hackathon.
This one-day hackathon is a team competition open to anyone working for an organization located within the Research Park or EnterpriseWorks. This is an exciting and fast-paced event where teams can create together. New and experienced employees are all invited to participate in this free event.
This year’s theme: Retro Video Games

Team Formation
Teams are comprised of 3-6 individuals. Teams may have up to one full-time employee, the rest must be interns. Individuals from the same company are expected to form teams together. Multiple teams per company may register. Both team registration and individual registration are available for this event. Individual registrants will be assigned to teams the morning of the Hackathon.
Recommended Skillsets
The prompt is designed such that individuals from all backgrounds can meaningfully contribute to a team. However, for this year’s prompt, teams will especially benefit from the following skills:
- Programming
- Creativity
- Multimedia Communications
- Project Management
- Company/Industry Knowledge

9:00 AM: Open Hacking Begins @ various Research Park locations
12:00 PM-1:00 PM: Lunch provided for all participants @ EnterpriseWorks Atrium
11:59 PM: Submission Deadline
Thursday, July 20
10:00 AM: Finalists announced via email
12:00 PM – 12:45 PM: Finalist presentations @ EnterpriseWorks Atrium
5:00 PM: Winners announced at Fire @ Five
