The Research Park is proud to host the Illinois stop of the America’s Seed Fund 16-state Road Tour on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. This event is a unique opportunity for innovators, entrepreneurs, researchers, and small technology startups to explore over $4 billion in early-stage funding opportunities.

Why Attend?

America’s Seed Fund Road Tour is an outreach effort connecting entrepreneurs to funding opportunities provided through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs, known as “America’s Seed Fund.”

The FAST Center at the Research Park, led by EnterpriseWorks, provides free resources and expertise to help startups submit competitive proposals.

Visit the event registration page to sign up for this event. Registration is $50 per person and includes breakfast and lunch. Cancellations after Sunday, June 30 may not be eligible for a refund.

If you plan to stay overnight, there will be a block at the iHotel at the Illinois Conference Center. In order to get the block rate, book your stay by Sunday, June 16 using group code ROADTOUR and password %fAc8.

  • Coastal Tour: February 7-9 (Stops in Florida and Puerto Rico)
  • South Tour: April 2-5 (Stops in Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas)
  • Southeast Tour: May 13-17 (Stops in South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia)
