Webster McGrath & Ahlberg (WMA) was established in 1906 by Arthur Lake Webster. Today, the company employs professional engineers, surveyors and landscape architects, enabling it to provide complete civil engineering, land surveying and construction layout services for clients across the Midwest.

WMA launched its Champaign Office at Research Park in 2024. The office specializes in site development services, stormwater design, and hydrologic and hydraulic analysis.
