CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (May 29, 2026) — Registration is open for the first AI + Robotics Symposium, presented by the University of Illinois Research Park, taking place Wednesday, July 15, at the EnterpriseWorks incubator in Champaign.
The showcase will explore how AI-enabled hardware is changing the way businesses and innovators operate. Hosted at EnterpriseWorks, 60 Hazelwood Drive, the event will feature demonstrations, speakers, panels, lunch and a networking reception. Attendees will hear from representatives across a lineup of companies and organizations pushing the boundaries of AI and robotics, including Archean Sciences, Avea Robotics, Brunswick, Dark Matter Robotics, EarthSense, Kestrel Robotics, McKechnie Family LIFE Home, the National Center for Supercomputing Applications, NSF iBioFoundry, Neura Robotics, PSYONIC, Second Chance Innovations, Yummy Future, Littelfuse and the Ctrl-Z and Ctrl-Y Robotics Team.
“This is an opportunity to interact and meet innovators, startups, researchers and companies discussing new applications,” said Laura Appenzeller, assistant vice chancellor for innovation and Research Park executive director. “The AI + Robotics Symposium will be a more intimate and personal opportunity to meet companies and learn from peers who are making new applications.”
