Lab Spaces
Labs are leased individually. Some have connecting doors, which makes those prime for growing companies.
EnterpriseWorks has a professional lab manager, Dustin Mayfield-Jones, who our tenants say is “like an additional member of a startup team.”
Other significant benefits:
EnterpriseWorks lab tenants have the ability to leverage specialty facilities on campus at faculty-staff rates, a significant cost savings.
EnterpriseWorks lab tenants can access discounted lab supplies by harnessing the purchasing power of the university through campus stores.

Individual Lab Spaces
All 23 individual lab spaces are 570 square feet, with multiple configurations and different layouts. All labs have their own electrical panel. Other features are available such as:
- 3-phase power outlets
- Bench gas
- Bench vacuum
- Eye wash station
- Fume hoods (varying sizes in labs)
- Glassware rack
- Safety shower
- Sink
These individual lab spaces are used for a variety of different purposes. EnterpriseWorks labs accommodates many uses and types such as:
- BSL2 (Biosafety Level 2)
- Chemistry
- Battery
- Bio / General Use
- Prototyping
- Machining
Shared Equipment Lab
EnterpriseWorks Shared Lab is a shared equipment resource with access for lab tenants at no additional charge. It is located on the second floor.

Shared Maker Lab
EnterpriseWorks Suite 143 is a shared maker lab with access for lab tenants. Individual employees must receive training to use this equipment, and there may be additional charges for materials usage. It is located on the first floor.
