Responsibilities:

As a Robotics Engineering Intern, you will:

Design, test, and implement code in simulation and physical environments
Debug, troubleshoot, and refine software for optimal performance on robotic hardware platforms.
Develop and test robot cleaning behaviors in commercial buildings
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to align software and hardware objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in ROS/ROS2 (Robot Operating System) and experience with Nav/Nav2.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.

Bonus:

Understanding of SLAM techniques and practical implementation.
Experience with simulation tools such as Gazebo or Isaac Sim.
Familiarity with the NVIDIA ISAAC ROS stack.
Knowledge of advanced path-planning techniques (e.g., A*, RRT, D*).
Experience with integrating and processing data from robotic sensors (e.g., LiDAR, cameras, IMUs).
