Yoram Bresler and David C. Munson founded InstaRecon in 2003. Bresler has 30 years of experience in developing algorithms for signal and image processing and imaging systems. He’s a professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering and Bioengineering departments at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Munson has 30 years of experience in digital signal processing and imaging science and extensive professional organizational leadership experience.
