About the role
As a Logistics Planning Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and systems teams, helping translate business needs into system solutions that improve operational efficiency. You will leverage knowledge of warehouse operations, Blue Yonder WMS, and warehouse automation systems to evaluate operations requests, recommend solutions, document business requirements, and support testing and validation activities.

Requirements

- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with Blue Yonder WMS
- Previous experience with automation software such as Exacta, VisionNav (RCS), Autostore
- Knowledge of warehouse configuration and material flow
- Exposure to large warehouse management transformations or automation transformations
- Previous experience with PLC communication and logic
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and system teams for process and system improvement initiatives.
- Partner with operations to understand business needs and recommend solutions based on Blue Yonder WMS and warehouse automation capabilities
- Gather, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements and configuration changes.
- Support implementation of WMS and automation-related improvements, including process and configuration changes
- Coordinate and participate in testing to validate solutions and ensure business requirements are met
- Develop and maintain system documentation, process procedures, and standard work
Compensation
$81,370.00 – $122,060.00
