EnterpriseWorks has a total of 25 lab spaces– 23 individual labs for rent and 2 equipment labs for shared usage
All 23 individual lab spaces are 570 SF each with multiple configurations and different layouts. All labs have their own electrical panel and other features are available such as:

- Fume hoods (varying sizes in labs)
- Glassware rack
- Safety shower
- Sink
