Cache Energy focuses on creating energy storage that is safe to install anywhere and transported everywhere through long-duration electricity storage. Using technology based on thermal power plants, Cache Energy avoids the pitfalls of switching to clean energy, like changing skillset requirements or concurrent job losses.
This technology can store grid electricity cheaply on a large scale. It can also enable a transition to renewable energy by helping industries move away from fossil fuel and allowing wastewater treatment plants and landfills to store the energy of biogas released, which otherwise is primarily wasted.
