CHAMPAIGN – Bill Boulanger, founder of Obiter Research, was featured by the News Gazette as a high-tech difference maker. Obiter Research is one of the first EnterpriseWorks graduates.
Boulanger’s company began after he successfully owned a part of Albany Molecular Research Inc. and realized that he wanted to work for himself. Obiter Research, which manufactures complex chemical compounds for industries, was then born in 2001. The company graduated from the EnterpriseWorks incubator in 2007.
