Granatus Ventures, an Armenian based venture capital firm, has made an investment in EnterpriseWorks startup, IntelinAir.
IntelinAir creates an intelligence system, AgMRI, that provides farmers actionable in-season insights through aerial imagery analytics. AgMRI is able to detect emergence issues, weeds, nutrient deficiencies, outbreaks, infestations and more.
IntelinAir plans to use the money to further develop this technology. Naira Hovakimyan, co-founder of IntelinAir, said “We already have 11 scientists and engineers working in Armenia. With the additional investment, we will be able to hire and expand our team more and support the technological developments in Armenia, foster the exchange of ideas and collaborations across two countries.”
