Heartland Science and Technology Group is a nonprofit, technology group that works in precision agriculture and sustainability, high-performance computing, cybersecurity, and scientific software development. Heartland supports and works closely with the University of Illinois Applied Research Institute, Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences college, and Information Trust Institute. They also support the Department of Homeland Security Critical Infrastructure Resilience Institute, which is managed by the Information Trust Institute.
