Yummy Future is a food & beverage robotics startup. We design, build and operate coffee shops. As a new business, we are looking for highly energetic and innovative individuals to be part of our team. Function

Shop Operations

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for operation executions and all shop-related operational decision-making process
• Help build a strong store strategy to achieve both internal and external goals, and lead the operations team around our corporate values
• Establish a direct and clear feedback pipeline with the Yummy Future corporate partners
• Proper handling and rotation of machines and products
• Ensure the coffee shop follows all food safety and health regulations
• Foster a clean and safe working environment for the operations team by implementing effective management strategies that fit the values of Yummy Future Coffee Shop
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to maintain effective communication with our staff, customers, and corporate partners
• Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managing food service-related store (preferred)
• Available and willing to work at least 10 hours a week
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Available remotely or in-person to promptly address any coffee-shop-related needs
• Projects warmth, enthusiasm, and optimism that boosts and energizes the morales of others
• Strong passion or willingness to learn more about food service and new technology
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly

Nice to Have

Proficient in various computer systems and applications such as the Square POS systems and inventory management systems

Compensation

$18-$20 per hour
