IntelinAir Co-founder featured in Wired In Column

CHAMPAIGN – Each week the News-Gazette’s Paul Wood features a local tech innovator in his column, Wired In. This week he sat down with Naira Hovakimyan, co-founder of IntelinAir.

Naira Hovakimyan, a professor of Mechanical Science and Engineering, co-founded IntelinAir with CEO Alfred Eisaian. The company works with drone technology to manage crop production and monitor yield. Hovakimyan calls it the “MRI of farms.” The article goes on to talk about her past and present research, her work at the Intelligent Robotics Lab, and future plans.
