Invention to Venture
The TEC workshop is an introduction to the process and practice of technology entrepreneurship. As with all I2V events, our goal is to engage a wide range of participants from the university community, including science and technology students and faculty as well as members of the surrounding business community. This is an excellent tech startup 101 event and is recommended as a primer on business planning, IP, seeking investment, marketing, and other fundamentals of startups.The workshop will consist of seven critical-to-success sessions led by real-world entrepreneurial speakers, practitioners, and panelists. Invention to Venture (I2V) workshops are held in cooperation with the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance (NCIIA).
Cost: Students $15, Faculty & Staff $40, Alumni $60, Business Community & Other $75
