Busey Features Research Park at 60th Champaign County Economic Seminar

The theme of the 60th Champaign County Economic Seminar on Tuesday, May 8, was “Great by Choice,” and in his remarks, Vice Chairman Ed Scharlau called Research Park a “great by choice” project. Scharlau recounted the Park’s attributes and its achievements in the past 10 years. Research Park Director Laura Frerichs was recognized, as was Todd Atkins of the Atkins Group, representing the Fox/Atkins Development Group that has partnered with the University since May 2000.
At the end of the seminar, a two-minute version of the Research Park’s 10-year anniversary video was played.
