Brighten Godfrey of Veriflow Wins Bay Area CIO of the Year

Brighten Godfrey, cofounder and CTO of Veriflow, was awarded the Bay Area CIO of the Year in the Community Champion category by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and the San Francisco Business Times. Veriflow is an online network security software that uses verification technology to help protect networks against hackers and outages.

Veriflow came to the EnterpriseWorks Incubator in 2013, and has recently graduated this past year in 2017. Now based out of San Jose, California, Brighten still involved as an associate professor of computer science at the University of Illinois. When asked about his biggest success/impact at Veriflow, he answers, “Co-inventing the company’s technology.”
