What Are the Key Responsibilities?

• Focus on mid-size to large projects for development of the next generation of data visualization libraries, widgets and tools in the Analytics space employing a working knowledge of SDLC, SCRUM, and Agile methodologies Research and document data mapping from source to target systems.

• The engineer will be designing, specifying, and implementing a state of the art interactive data visualization for our next generation products.

• This position emphasizes a need for to conceptualize, design, and develop reusable graphic/data visualizations as well as very strong technical knowledge for implementing these visualizations using cutting edge technologies.

What Are the Preferred Qualifications?

• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, D3, AngularJS, Node.js, Javascript, and Responsive Design to develop Data Visualizations.

• Experience with Microstrategy Reports and visualizations

• Experience with one of the visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Pentaho, HiChart or comparable tools

• Experience with developing interactive customer-facing data visualization products & dashboards

• Experience with integrating data visualization components, widgets and Web-based data visualization tools

• Define specifications, standards techniques to ensure superior visualizations.

• Experience in web development, JavaScript Framework and programming languages like Java, Scala, C++, Python is a plus

• Experience in interacting with business analysts and developers to analyze the user requirements, functional specifications and system specifications

• Collaborates with members of the product, revenue, research, and central support communities to collect and research specific member issues related to product properties in production
