Several local farms in the Champaign-Urbana area are partnering to offer a “multi-farm CSA” this season to the employees of the businesses in the Research Park. For those of you unfamiliar with the term “CSA,” it stands for “Community Supported Agriculture.” Blue Moon Farm (certified organic vegetables), Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery (farmstead & artisan goat cheeses and goat milk gelato) and Bane Family Meats (pastured poultry and meats) will each offer weekly (or less frequently) lists of available farm products from which CSA members can choose.
