Winners and finalists will be selected for six awards - five individual awards and, new this year, one for teams. A committee of Research Park professionals will review submissions, and select the winners and finalists.

Award winners will receive trophies commemorating their achievement and a small gift from the Research Park. Award winners and their mentor/nominating manager will be able to share a few remarks about their experience. Winners will be featured on the Research Park website and announced by press release for media coverage.
